Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No. If you cancel, you'll only be charged for the current billing period. You won't be charged again after that. However, we do not offer refunds for charges that have already been incurred.

What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.

What information do you collect when I use Kantask?

In simple words, nor Kantask, nor anyone can access your personal content unless you share it with them, or us. We record information to perform statistical analyses relating to uses of Kantask such as features most frequently clicked on, or timestamps in order to provide the highest level of service to you. You are never personally identified unless you need help and request it. Please read our Privacy Policy for further details.

Can I test the application?

Yes. We offer free trials. Nonetheless, to maintain an optimized environment for our current customers and deliver a real solution, we prefer to accompany your Kantask experience. Please send us a mail to sales@kantask.com and our team will contact you briefly.

What happens when I downgrade plans?

Paid accounts can be downgraded or cancelled at any time, and you will not be charged again. However, we do not offer refunds for charges that have already been incurred, so we advise starting with the plan that meets your needs today, and upgrading later as your agile project management needs change.

Is Kantask secure?

Unauthorized access to any customer data is prevented by encryption, segregation and implementation of standardized security protocols and best practices. Additionally, the application is hosted for high-availability and disaster recovery that ensures maximum up-time and no data loss even in the event of an accident.
